Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Plainwork ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're booking travel, you must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into contracts.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you notice unauthorized activity.

What Plainwork does

Plainwork lets you create plain-English automations and book flights, hotels, and similar services through integrated providers. We act as a technology intermediary — the actual travel services are provided by third parties (airlines, hotels, booking partners) subject to their own terms.

Bookings, payments and refunds

Prices shown are fetched in real time and can change before you confirm.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number.
Booking cancellation and refund policies are set by the airline or hotel. Plainwork will surface the relevant policy at booking time.
If a booking attempt fails after payment, we initiate a full refund automatically.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings → Plan & Billing. Cancellation stops future charges; we don't refund partial months unless required by law.

Acceptable use

Don't use Plainwork to break the law, harm others, reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it at scale, or interfere with its operation. We may suspend accounts that do.

Third-party services

When you connect Gmail, your bank, or another service, you're also subject to that provider's terms. We're not responsible for their actions.

AI-generated content

Parts of Plainwork use large language models (Anthropic's Claude). Outputs can be wrong. Always review consequential actions — bookings, payments, outgoing emails — before confirming.

Warranty & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plainwork is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account any time in Settings → Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
